THE ULTIMATE POWER SMOOTHIE !


Let's go bananas! Try this for at least a month and then you'll be completely renewed. Guaranteed.
I've been researching, making all kind of smoothie juices for years. Here is a new blend we're trying with the V2's a (two ounce Vemma supplement).

A handful or two of any type of berries (High in Antioxidants and Vitamins - in order of importance)-.
Cranberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, whichever you have available.
One banana
One table spoon of Ground Flax Seed (High in Fiber and Omega 3)
One Plain Yogurt (with Probiotic/ Bacteria) or four spoon fulls.
One glass of orange or apple Juice - for texture or half a can of Coconut milk
one spoon full of honey preferably-New Zealand or Australian Manuka honey
2oz. of Vemma.
Now, all you need is a blender. Toss it all in, and feel this fruity delight.It makes about 4 medium size glasses-Believe me one is all you need! Great for breakfast. Give it to them, sit back and thrive. ;-)
