I also have been taking the one. New SUPER VERVE Energy w/a blend of organic veggies and fruits, half about twenty minutes before Yoga practice, and the other half after, and it is the most heavenly natural high!
*If you don't have a juicer, use the blender and drain it, this gives the juice more of the fiber anyway, and less of the sugars.
